1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any services, software, or systems provided by Starzell (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Starzell services or software.

2. Description of Services

Starzell provides digital marketing and software-based business growth services, including but not limited to:


2.1 SEO & Visibility Services


Local SEO optimization

Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB) optimization and management

Google Maps ranking optimization

Citation building and directory listing management

Content and authority optimization

Local search visibility monitoring


2.2 AI Discovery Optimization


Optimization for AI search platforms and conversational search engines

Entity and data structuring for AI visibility

AI search ranking monitoring and reporting


2.3 Software & Automation Access


Clients may receive access to proprietary or white-label software platforms used for:


Reporting dashboards

CRM and communication systems

Marketing automation

Lead tracking and management

Performance monitoring

Customer engagement tools


All services are provided on a subscription or contract basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Service Nature & Performance Disclaimer

Starzell uses industry best practices and proven optimization strategies. However:


Search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed

Google Maps placement cannot be guaranteed

AI platform visibility cannot be guaranteed

Traffic, leads, or revenue growth cannot be guaranteed


Search algorithms, AI platforms, and third-party systems change frequently and are outside Starzell’s control.

4. Ongoing Optimization Requirement

SEO, local search optimization, and AI discovery optimization require continuous monitoring and updates.


If services are paused or terminated:


Rankings and visibility may decline

Listings may lose accuracy or authority

Competitive positioning may be lost

Software access and optimization efforts will cease


Starzell is not responsible for performance changes following service termination.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:


Provide accurate business and contact information

Provide access to required platforms and accounts

Maintain compliance with Google and third-party platform policies

Respond to requests for approvals or information in a timely manner

Avoid engaging in spam, misleading marketing, or prohibited tactics


Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or negatively impact results.

6. Subscription, Billing & Payment

6.1 Subscription Model


Starzell services are subscription-based unless otherwise agreed.


Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.


6.2 Payment Terms


Payments are billed in advance

All payments are non-refundable once services or software access is provided

Clients authorize recurring billing where applicable


6.3 Late or Failed Payments


Starzell reserves the right to:


Pause or suspend services

Restrict software access

Remove optimizations or automation systems


Services will resume only after payment is received.

7. Cancellation & Termination

7.1 Client Termination


Clients may cancel services whenever they want, before being charged.


Unless otherwise stated:


Cancellation is acceptable at least 1 day before the next billing cycle begins.


7.2 Starzell Termination Rights



Starzell may terminate or suspend services if:


Client violates these Terms

Payment obligations are not met

Client engages in prohibited or unethical marketing practices
